The Village Design Statement (VDS) is used as part of the government planning process to try and maintain a sense of style in an area. The VDS should be consulted by anyone considering a planning application (both large and small) to ensure that all proposed changes are in line with the principles expressed by village residents and subsequently approved by EHDC.Note that this document is 5Mb in size and will therefore take a few seconds to download.Paper copies of this document are also available, please contact the parish clerk (http:contact-us/3.html) for more information
